The 100 Year Celebration at the Annex was a huge success! Thanks to everyone's contributions that made the event possible. A special thank you to all the staff at Haldane Annex for all their hard work: Janet Beatty, Patricia Simpson, Sue Murray, Janice Winfield, Karyn Wilmot, Lisa Boyd, Ian MacArthur, Brian Dell, Nicole Baldwin, Lisa Ruddick, and Wes Sandy. Also, special thank you's to the volunteeers, businesses and organizations of Chase for their generous donations.

Seven Haldane students attended the 2010 Regional Heritage Fair at McArthur Island Curling Club in Kamloops on Thursday, May 13th and Friday, May 14th. Judging took place on Thursday evening and students headed out Friday morning to O'Keefe Ranch and Davison Orchards in Vernon. When students returned to Kamloops Friday afternoon they were joined by family members and enjoyed a BBQ before the Opening Ceremonies Friday evening.

Anika Randle, Lian Yelich, Maegan Foss, Chloe Hassler, Ivory Burke, Cheyanne Fishcer and Ellie Gartrell represented Haldane Elementary very well at this year's Heritage Fair. These students should be very proud of their hard work, determination, and accomplishments. A job well done!
