Breakfast Program

Our breakfast program runs each morning beginning at 8:00 am. We offer a variety of hot and cold healthy options.

 Week 1Week 2 
Monday: Toast and cheese stick/yogurt May be banana, apple or pumpkin muffins and yogurt 
Tuesday: Egg burrito  Scramble eggs and English muffin
Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwiches Ham or veggie quesadillas

Thursday:

Whole wheat pancakes (3 mini) may be blueberry, banana, apple or pumpkin 

French toast

Friday:

Pizza bagel

Bagel and cream cheese

*All breads whole wheat

Cereals - if still hungry

With each meal may be either:Condiments:
  • Multi grain cheerio
  • Mini wheats
  • 1% milk
  • Seasonal fruit
  • Canned mixed fruit
  • Apple sauce - no sugar added
  • Carrot sticks
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Salsa
  • Sour creme
  • Cream cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Strawberry/raspberry jam
  • Ranch dressing 
Students are to bring in their own beverages.
